Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all GINGTTO tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
